In the course of the work of the commission or on the basis of the conclusions obtained from the seminars, seminars and discussions organized by the commission, if it is necessary to improve the existing law regarding the conditions of civil service, the commission may make suggestions to the relevant bodies.
(2) The details of the suggestions given in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be included in the annual report of the Commission.
